So exactly 1 week from today, Baby Cheese will hit the 5 month mark. I'm getting prepared by buying transition sippy cups, a booster seat and other things to transition to solid feeding - because six months is oh so near!
Baby Cheese still has that "mind of her own". At night when we put her in her nightgown (one of those sleep sacks) she kicks her feet so hard that the darn thing is WAY below her neck. So, I have to move it up, to her waist, like a shirt - so that her legs are free to kick and move as she wishes. She also does not like having her leggies covered by a blanket. Sometimes I think she is cold so I put a blanket over them, she kicks it right off. Does anyone else have a baby that does this?
I have already tried one of her transition cups. It has sippy cup handles and a nipple that doesn't leak. Sometimes it works and she uses it, other times she gets irritated because the milk doesn't come out the way she's used to.
We have a lot of fun planned these next few weeks. Like, a visit to MeeMaw and Pop Pops and Uncle Dan and Aunt Kristina's wedding! Baby Cheese sure has A LOT of family to meet!
New pics coming soon!
